All the scenarios above were my holiday realities for longer than I can count- until I finally decided to change my LIFESTYLE and find food freedom.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve purchased diet or coaching programs where the person on the other end creating it has never had to deal with losing weight or has any understanding of how difficult it can be to “just follow the plan!”. I remember I used to think I was the “uncoachable” client- nothing would work for me unless it was super strict, so I would either not enjoy my holidays sticking to that super strict diet or pretty much live off of cookies and stuffing all season long.
